QUESTION: Tom,
 My car hesitates on startup, like it is not getting gas. I did the on-board diagnostics and it comes back with the code ee41.

I have a 1991 Sedan DeVille.

In addition, what is a RE-LEARN and how is it done.

ANSWER: EE41 is a fault in the CAM SENSOR. I can provide pictures to show you how to replace this sensor and then ERASE the code from the computer and how to perform the re-learn process if you e-mail me at: onlineautohelp@msn.com as PICTURES are NOT allowed on this person's website.

QUESTION: Thanks for the reply. I'm am noe getting the code ee91. At times if driving the car will automatically shut off. Is this due to ee91.

EE41 = Cam sensor circuit problem.

EE91 = Neutral starter safety switch fault on the transmission.

Which CODE do you have.
