Cadillac Repair: Auto open Trunk & Gas Lids, cadillac deville, 1999 cadillac deville

1999 Cadillac DeVille, when I first start the car, after letting it set for a while, just as the motor starts to turn over, the trunk and/or gas lid pops open.  I have tried charging the battery and the motor turns over just fine but the lid(s) still pop open.  ??? Any ideas?

Do you have your remote control device on your key ring and is it possible that one of the keys is accidentally hitting the UNLOCK button on the remote switch. Remove the remote from your key ring and see if it stops doing this and if nOT get back to me.
