Cadillac Repair: 99 Cadillac Sedan Deville Engine Noise and Codes, torque converter clutch, cadillac sedan deville

Question
I have a '99 Cadillac Sedan Deville, which I just purchased a couple of weeks ago.  This is my first Cadillac, so I'm not sure if the engine noise is supposed to be as loud as it is in my car.  There is no knocking, or tapping in the engine, it just roars a little louder than I thought that a Cadillac should.  This roar can only be heard from the interior.  When I'm driving at a normal speed, and let up off the gas enough to maintain that speed, there is a "put-put" sound at a high pace.  I was wondering if this was normal.  I have not burned all the gas out of the tank, but have topped it off with premium (the car was a repo, so I'm not sure what it had in it), and added some stp additive.  I'm getting two repair codes... PCM PO741, and PZM BO533.  I read one of your responses about the BO533, and have learned that I probably need to replace the Body Control Module.  I'm not sure about the PO741, however.  Thank you so much for your time, and for putting up with my non-mechanical mind, lol.

Answer
P0741 means that your torque converter clutch has a problem which translates into that you have NO OVER DRIVE in your transmission as it is NOT working.

B0533 means that you have a fuel sensor feedback shorted high.
