Cadillac Repair: 1992 sedan deville, aluminum heat, blower motor

blower motor continues to blow after engine is shut off i disconnected the blower. car has 102000 miles on it,4.9 engine. I have been told it's the module causing the problem.if this is the problem where is the module located?
is it easy to change?

It is located just above the blower motor towards the passengers fender and is inserted in the top of the big black plastic housing and is held in with 3 screws and has 2 electrical wiring harnesses connected to it. When you remove it, you will see a big aluminum heat sink attached to the bottom.
