Cadillac Repair: Serpentine belt diagram for 93 Seville STS, cadillac seville sts, serpentine belt diagram

Had to replace the alternator on a '93 Cadillac Seville STS and now the serpentine belt is loose. Seems like there should be another place for it to go but can't find out where it should be. No diagram under hood. Where can I find a diagram on line before my mechanic comes back out tomorrow? Thanks for your assistance in getting Pearl back on the road. Patricia

Hi Patricia,

         Serpentine belts still give me problems as far as routeing. If there isn't a sticker underhood somewhere I will make a diagram before removeing the belt just in case. This site doesn't allow sending diagrams and if you are still in need of the belt diagram this is how it goes.

         4.6 Northstar: crankshaft, tensioner power steering, alternator, idler, a/c and back to the crankshaft.

         4.9L: crankshaft, idler, alternator, tensioner, power steering, a/c, waterpump and back to the crankshaft.
