Cadillac Repair: a/c problem, vacuum leak, center vents

Question
1993 cadillac deville 4.9 eng.  had compressor, drier,orcface change, blows cold thur deforster and floor vents only but not thru front panel vents... can you help me?

Answer
You either have a vacuum leak or NO vacuum at the AC programmer under the dash and or the programmer is faulty or the diaphram module for the center vents is not getting vacuum from the programmer or the diaphram for the vents is faulty.
