Cadillac Repair: 1990 Deville Stalling (Desperate Im stumped), fuel pump relay, e32

My 1990 Deville 4.9 l has the following symptoms. Fuel data center shows erratic readings when the miles till empty reading is displayed. Jumps around while driving and sometimes shows L, event though I know the tank is topped off. Car will start and idle and drive fine for a while (FDC still erratic) but then the check engine light and service engine lights come on. I also hear a clicking sound under the dash, I can feel that the fuel pump relay is clicking when this happens. This seems to be a timed event from when the car is started. I get codes E52, E32 and F32. I changed the relay and got the same results. I removed and tapped the PCM and BCM thinking maybe some relay may have jammed but it still has the symptoms. Any clues?

Are ANY of the codes displaying as EE CODES ?.

If so, Which ones ?.

If NOT, Clear all the codes from the computers via:

1.Re-enter diagnostics and when you see the .7.0, Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and HI buttons until you see E.00 and release the buttons. This clears the "E": codes.

Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and LO buttons until you see F.00 and release the buttons. This clears the "F" codes.

Shut off ignition, Wait 2 minutes and re-enter diagnostics and see if any codes re-appaer as EE or FF codes.
