Our 1990 DeVille just wouldnt start one morning.  We installed a new battery and replaced the starter to no avail.  If you turn the key in the ignition all you get is a slight clicking sound from under the hood. The lights on the key board, dome lights, etc. light and the horn blowPlease help.

Possible internallt corroded battery cables.

if you have the PASS-KEY system with the CHIP on the key you will have to see your dealer.

Could be a faulty starter relay.

Could be a faulty NEUTRAL STARTER SAFETY SWITCH. Try starting it in NEUTRAL.
