QuestionQUESTION: My car has the passenger side heat and cool control.
My problem is, the driver side is responding to the temperature level. The passenger side is blowing hot no
matter if the passenger side climate control is engaged or not. So right now I'm getting nice cool air on the driver side and hot air blowing out the passenger side. Doesn't matter how I set the control. Defrost, floor AC all the same result. Really appreciate any insight you can provide.
ANSWER: Fault is most likely the PASSENGERS SIDE AIR MIX ACTUATOR.

AnswerYou need a scanner to test the actuator to be sure that it is actually the actuator and not a faulty wire.
