Cadillac Repair: Digital gas meter, and AC, gas gauge, climate control

QUESTION: My gas meter on my 1992 caddy Deveille is went out. When i turn it on it blinks and goes out. The air went out also, and the information center says service air condition. What is going on. MY car is in good condition with the motor, and all. I really would like to know so maybe i could take a look at it. I also checked the fuses.
ANSWER: Do you have any computer codes by simultaneously pushing and holding the OFF and WARMER buttons on your climate control panel ?. I need to know what the display says EXACTLY as if you were video-taping it.

QUESTION: The climate control doesn't say anything it will not even come on. I do not know what is going on with it. I have pushed and tried turning it on but it will not come on. As well as the gas gauge the digital part it will only blink when i turn the key over. I do not know what else to do. I was told that it could be something in the dash board like a faulty wire, because the fuse's have been changed all of them. And the ones that are in their, they have been checked and they do not need to be changed. Could that be a problem as well. They may have to be changed anyway?

Most likely a faulty BCM computer. I can provide diagnostic test procedures and pictures which are not allowed on this website to you for you to perform simple test procedures for you to perform to fix your problem.

1. Does either panel display -c -d or -151 ?.Is the Blower motor OFF ?. If NO try pushing the OFF button. If YES, If NO let me know.
