WHERE IS THE RELAY SWITCH FOR THE COOLING FAN

Answer
There is NONE.

Just above the blower motor towards the antenna you will see a black device inserted down into the big black plastic housing that has a multi-wire electrical connector attached to it. This is your POWER MODULE for the blower motor.

In most cases the module is your problem. Replace the blower motor and the POWER MODULE.
