Cadillac Repair: 94 Cadillac Seville SLS, cadillac seville sls, pcm 5

Question
With key in ingnition, starter will not turn over---lights, power everything works--battery ok.  Car does nothing!  Any suggestions.

Are there any MESSAGES being displayed on any panels ?.

Check for computer codes via:

1. Ignition ON.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons on the climate control panel for 3 seconds and release them.

4. Codes in the form of LETTERS/NUMBERS as well as CURRENT or HISTORY will appear and the display will stop at PCM?

5. Tell me in the EXACT order in which the codes display what they are and if they are HISTORY or CURRENT.

6. Push and release the AUTO button.

7. Turn ignition OFF.
