Cadillac Repair: Cadillac DeVille problems, cadillac deville concours, throttle position sensor

Question
QUESTION: I have a 1994 Cadillac DeVille Concours with 85k miles.
I get these codes when I run the onboard test: P-022H,026H,034H,039H,043H,045H,055C,070H,071H,094H,095H,097H & S038C.
Is my car gonna break down or can it be a bad computer or something.  Help!  Thanks.
ANSWER: First you need to CLEAR all these codes from the computer and see which ones return.

1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER  buttons on the climate control panel for 3 seconds and release them.

3. You will see PCM?

4. Push and release the HI button and you will see PCM DATA?

5. Push and release the LO button approx 4 times until you see PCM CLEAR CODES?

6. Push and release the HI button and wait 3 seconds and then push the AUTO button and turn OFF the ignition key.

Wait 3 minutes drive the car if possible and re-enter diagnostics and see which codes return.

QUESTION: I cleared the codes and this is what came back: P022H,026H,039H,043H,045H,055C,095H,095H.  I have also noticed quite a bit of black smoke when I first start it and under heavy throttle.  And sometimes it gets stuck in a gear at about 45 mph.  I have to put in in N and turn it on and off for it to change gears.
ANSWER: what size engine ?. I may have given you incorrect clearing procedure.

QUESTION: 4.6 NorthStar 32V
It's the correct clearing procedure.  When I read the new codes, I had already driven it 50+ miles.  I cleared the codes again and here's what it says after about 10 min of driving: P022H, P026C, P094H.  Also note that I have already replaced the TPS sensor with a NEW one, which didn't affect anything.

Answer
P022 = Open throttle position sensor. (TPS).

P026C = Shorted throttle position SWITCH circuit.

NOTE:This P026C is NOT referring to the TPS. This is referring to the IDLE SPEED CONTROL MOTOR.

P094 = Transaxle Shift "A" solenoid problem.

I can e-mail you all the required pictures and diagnostic procedures to test all these circuits and the proper way to adjust the new ISC motor plus how to perform the LEARN SEQUENCE to set the TPS value.
