Note the LO light as it should be illuminated on the climate control panel.

When you step on the gas pedal the LO light should go out. Does it ?.

Answer
CLEAR (erase all the codes from the computer and see which ones return as current codes.

P027 = fault in the nose switch of the IDLE SPEED CONTROL MOTOR (ISC).
