I HAVE A 91 SADAN DEVILLE I REPLACE THE NEUTRAL SAFTY SWITCH,IDLE SPEED CONTROL ACTUATOR,POWER STERRING PRESSURE SWITCH AND NOW MY CAR IS IDLING UP AND DOWN

QUESTION: was the engine doing the same thing BEFORE you replaced the ISC ?. Or what was the reason you replaced the ISC ?.
