Cadillac Repair: Cadillac deville 1995, fuse block, cadillac deville

I have a traction disabled message. I read on here to replace fuse in Engine Compartment Fuse Block. I did that. Still have the message. The car has get up & go but pulls about 30 mph.

Do you have any computer codes?.

1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold for 3 seconds and then release the OFF and warmer ^ button.

3. Diagnostic codes will start to display. Tell me EXACTLY as they display.

4. When they stop displaying, Turn OFF ignition.
