Auto body repair & detailing: Loose driver side mirror, 2004 toyota highlander, center screw

I have a 2004 Toyota Highlander.  The driver side mirror is loose and I want to know how to get the inside panal part off so I may tighten the mirror.  It is a power mirror.  Thanks

Tell me at what point are you stuck at...usually people can't figure out hoe to get a roll down handle out of the way...if not by a center screw under the cap, it a u-shaped radial pin that snaps around the shank of the handle--the part you can only get to by spreading the interior and handle apart, slipping the pin off by pushing it off the handle shank.

If you can't get to it, stop by AUTO ZONE for a handle removal tool.
