Cadillac Repair: 93 deville wont start, cadillac sedan deville, service engine soon light

Question
My car is a 1993 cadillac sedan deville and it will not start I have changed the fuel pump thinking this may be the problem but it has not resolved the issue.  Prior to it stopping the instrument panel that tells how much gas used and the change oil soon light would come on intermittently also the service engine soon light flashed on while driving but went back off.
I have checked the error code for this problem and it is 888..E.E52.7.0  can you please give me some indication as to what this code might mean.

888 is the normal sequence showing that the code system is activated.

EE52 means that at some time battery power was disconnected from the vehicle . Possibly you took the battery cable off and put it back on ?.

70 means that the code sequence is over.

What is your fuel pressure and do you have ignition to the spark plugs ?.
