Cadillac Repair: no air coming out of vents, wire connectors, blower motor

Question
i just bought a 1990 Cadillac sedan Seville and the guy replaced the thermostat telling me the heat would work but it still won't come out of the vents. do you know the problem the car's having? 4.5 V8 i have asked some people and they say the blower motor is blown. what do you think?

Answer
Can you physically hear or feel any air coming out of ANY vents  ?. If you hear no air and or feel no air from any vents no matter what speed you have the blower set on then replace the POWER module located above and to the left of the blower motor as you are standing in front of the vehicle.

It has 2 wire connectors and 3 screws that hold it in place and when you remove it you will see a large aluminum finned object attached to the bottom of the power module that is used to cool the power module.

replace the power module.
