Cadillac Repair: caddi stalling, highway speeds, fuel pressure

i have a 95 sedan deville that stalls at highway speeds(60-70 mph). car has seemed sluggish at take off. can give slight gas in park and rpms seem to increase and decrease while throttle is held in same position. engine is 4.9l.sometimes engine will start right up after stall and sometimes engine will not start until car sits for sometime. car produces no trouble codes.replaced fuel filter but car continues to stall. asked bill on your sight same question and he said to check filter and fuel pressure. pressure appears to be ok. took to local shop they couldn't find anything. could caddi dealer find more info than dash trouble codes. i don't really have the funds to take stabs in the dark. i appreciate any info you can give. thanks  james

What is the fuel pressure ?.

Check for diagnostic codes via:

1. ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons for 3 seconds and release them.

3. Diagnostic codes with letters and numbers will appear and stop at PCM?

4. I need to know in EXACT order what is displayed as if you were video taping the display.
