Cadillac Repair: 97 catera starts then shut off, fuel pump relay, electrical tests

my car start but shut off right away, it seems like no fuel coming thru the engine.  I checked the fuel hose, no fuel is coming out. I changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, replaced a new fuel pump relay.  Still problem.

put your finger on the relay and turn the ignition switch to the ON position ONLY, Do NOT try and start the car. You should feel the relay click ON for 3 seconds and then click OFF. If it does, You have a wiring problem back to the fuel pump or a faulty new fuel pump. Did you test the fuel pump BEFORE you installed it ?. Are you POSITIVE you plugged in ALL the wires at the gas tank ?.

If the relay does NOT click as per above the fault may be in the computer of which you will have to perform some electrical tests at the fuel pump relay.
