Cadillac Repair: 87 Caddy Deville Wont Start, pressure gage, fuel tank

Question
My 87 Deville just stopped running while I was driving.  I'm going down the road and the car just cut off.  I just put gas in it.  I recently did a half a tune-up on it.  I haven't put on the spark plugs or wires yet, but i did put on a new distributor and coil.  I try to start the car, it'll turn but won't start.  Could it be fuel or electrical?  Please help!

Answer
check to see if you have spark to the spark plugs while trying to start the engine.

If you have spark, Test your fuel pump pressure via a fuel pump pressure gage.

Could it be possible that you got gas with a ton of water in it ?. Try putting 2 cans of dry gas in the fuel tank.
