Cadillac Repair: HESITATION, road suspension, fuel pressure

WWWI HAVE A 1992 CADDY SEVILLE ,WHEN I ACCELARATE FROM A PULL OFF OR JUST ROLLING ALONG MY CARS SEEMS AS THOUGH IT WONT TAKE THE GAS OR ITS NOT GETTING ENOUGH GAS THE CAR SHIVERS AND SHAKE WHEN I MASH ON THE GAS I HAVE TO MASH THE GAS PEDDLE A LITTLE AT A TIME TO MAKE IT GO ONCE I GET IT GOING IT,S FINE UNTIL I LET OFF THE GAS PEDAL THE ONLY CODE I SEE IS (CODE IO39)

I039 is for your road suspension system and has NOTHING to do with your current problem.

Is the check engine light ever illuminated and is this the ONLY code you get ?.

First i would check your fuel pressure to make sure it is within specs. approx fuel pressure is 40 to 50 psi.
