Cadillac Repair: Eratic Gas Gauge, blown head gasket, radiator leak

What are steps required to correct this problem with the gas gauge and the average costs/ labor required?  Also We were just told we have a radiator leak and a blown head gasket, how severe is that and what is the average labor/cost required?  We want to insure that we aren't taken advantage of due to not knowing.

Your probably looking at $3,000 to install both head gaskets. But it can change depending upon what is found inside the engine once they take it apart.

You would have to remove the fuel meter from the fuel tank and use an ohm meter to test the resistance board on the meter.
