Dear Tom, Cleared all codes, nothing has come back but it still runs like crap. No power, skip in the idle, 6 mpg at best. Now what?!

I wish you would not have started a new question as we lost all the previous information about the vehicle.

Always use the followup selection as this retains all the old information of which i do not remember what it was.

Possible exhaust restriction ?.
What is your fuel pressure ?.

Does the catalytic converter glow red after the vehicle has been run for quite some time ?.
