My passenger seat doesnt move back and forth electrically, how do I fix it? Also is there a manual way of moving it.

No there is no way of manually moving the seat. What your going to need is an electrical schematic and diagnostic procedures in order to locate where the problem lies either in the:

seat switch
one of the power cables.
one of the motors.
