Cadillac Repair: both cooling fans inop, electrical schematics, altenator

hello tom, 95 eldorado, northstar; my name's ben, the a/c was acting screwy, it would come on for a few minutes the suddenly shut off, this went on about 2 weeks, then the car shut down, the altenator went out, i replaced it, i then noticed, when the car is idling it begins to run hot and A/C COMPRESSOR OFF shows up on the information screen once it reaches 250F, especially with the a/c on, except on the highway (45 mph+)it runs cool. i also noticed both of the fans are are not running i believe this is causing the car to run hot, but what is causing the fans to be inop? please help me tom, thank you....

most likely the cooling fan module has failed.
