Cadillac Repair: us/metric, climate control, speedometer

i have a 1990 sedan deville with the 4.5.for some reason the fuel gallons,range and all other stuff including climate control is in metric.how do i get it back to english?

If your speedometer is digital simply push the E/M button on the cluster.

If your speedometer is mechanical (has the old standard needle) that shows the miles per hour , You will need to contact me at: onlineautohelp@msn.com

As I just got done talking another person thru this fix by telephone due to the extremly cautious way that the repair MUST be done.
