Cadillac Repair: 90 Cad Deville Error Code, cadillac deville, rain storm

Question
I have a 90 Cadillac Deville 8 cyl 273 3.45L and my check engine light was on.  I just had a tune up on 9/8/06 and at the same time a dign.was also ran. Aftr the tune up the engine light was off then around 9/13/06 it came back on. Well I check the code but I not sure what part it needed.  The code was listed as so. 8.88 .EE .E49 .7.0
Can you tell me what this is as soon as you can I don't want to take the chance of driving from Kansas to Dallas, TX with engine light on.  Also what is needed to get my horn to blow again some how it just started to blow by itself in a bada rain storm and now it doesnt work at all which is unsafe to say.  Thank you for any help you can give.

888 is a normal display it is NOT a fault code.

70 also is NOT a fault code.

E49 IS a fault code meaning that you have a problem in your air management system on the vehicle.

Possible causes are a faulty:

Air divert valve.
ECM (computer).
Wiring.
