Cadillac Repair: Power Trunk, cadillac eldorado, power trunk

1984 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible Beritz
My young son forced down the power trunk
while putting in our golf clubs. The trunk
does not even close. We have had to tie it
down. He looked at the fuse, and thinks it
is fine? What else should we look for? Can
a fuse look fine but not be? Thanks
