Question1991 Cadillac Coupe Deville
I took my car to a garage to have the water pump replaced, and now they are telling me the car will not start due to the security system.
Can you help me about this problem?
They have unhooked the batter cable, and reconnected them, and it still doesn't start. They did this thinking it would reset the computer.
