Cadillac Repair: 1992 Cadillac Deville A/C, copper tube, cadillac deville

Question
The A/C drain lines must be plugged!  Lots of water driping into the interior from under the dash.  The only thing I can locate under the car is a copper tube on the firewall on the passenger side -- seems to be the drain -- has a crack in it and drips a little.  Is this probably the drain line?  Is there only one?  Can i just open that crack and allow it to drain from there?  I have tried that and it does not appear to work.  How do I get to the drain area under the dash and get an outlet for that water?  Thanks

Answer
The drain should be rubber or plastic and be sticking out into the engine compartment from the firewall.

Just use a plastic straw or something soft to stick up inside of the tube until you feel your plastic straw or something soft hitting the evaporator and water should start pouring down your arm.
