Cadillac Repair: L-front power window, cadillac seville, mr joy

Hi Mr. Joy,
This concerns a 92 Cadillac Seville. All windows operate up and down except for drivers side window that can do niether. I get current for up and down leads to moto,however,no motor response.  Is this a problem with a resetting breaker switch?, and is this located within the window motor assembly?

Can you help me here?
