Cadillac Repair: cadillac humming noise, cadillac sedan deville, road tires

I recently bought a 1996 cadillac sedan deville non-concourse and it makes a humming noise like it has of road tires on the front. The tires were worn and after putting new tires on the car it still makes the noise. After driving it a few days the service ride control warning came on the dash. Do you have any ideas what this all means or how to fix it. Thanks
