Cadillac Repair: Metrics to US, gas milage, national rental car

I have a 90 Sedan Deville, 4.5 V8. Some how the digital readouts changed to metrics.  I'd like to have them back to US.  If this will help.  It has an analog speedometer and trip meter.  Everything else is digital.  And, no there is no E/M button on the dash. That's what the owner manual says to do, but there is no E/M button anywhere.  My son says that he was playing with the gas, milage per gallon, fuel in tank buttons and did something that changed it.  Also, if this will help, the car was a National Rental Car in the beginning.  I bought it in 91 with 17,000 miles on it and it now as 200,100.  It's  great car.
