Im having a problem with the electrical system in my 1990 cadillac coupe deville 4.5l. When i park my car at night i make shure everything is off and nothing running. The next day i go to start it up the battery is completely dead. Keep in mind the the battery is brand new. I have been having to dissconnect my battery from the car at night, re connect it in the morning just so it don't happen. Maybe you can help me. Thank's......Dave

when you park it at night LISTEN for any motors running after you turn it off for about 15 minutes before you leave the car.

Possible:

fan blower fan running.

antenna motor running (IF power antenna).

interior lights remaining ON.



Have amperage draw from battery tested. Should not exceed 1/2 amp.
