Cadillac Repair: Power seat failure, cadillac eldorado, seat failure

Question
1985 Cadillac Eldorado
Driver's 6-way power seat quit working.  I know that the forward-back has been needing a new cable, so that's not the problem - solenoid and motor both work.  It's the tilts that quit all at once - the solenoids appear to be OK because I can hear them clicking when I press the switches. I can't find an appropriate fuse, even with the service manual.  Pulling the seat will be a bear because the seat is stuck in the all-the-way-down, all-the-way back position.

Answer
Usually the switch goes bad before the motors.
