Cadillac Repair: 88 deville heater / ac blower, electrical schematics, economy mode

Question
This is a 4.5L and I have just had the AC  compressor and clutch replaced and the system recharged. Since this work was don the service AC light will come on occasionally and switch to the economy mode. shutting the unit down for a short time will allow it to operate again, but today when I shut the engine off the blower switched from the dash vents to the floor vents and would not shut off. I tried to shut it off from the temp control panel and it still switched to the floor vents, when I shut the engine off thje blower continues to run and blows from the floor (heater) vents. What is going on with this?

You either have a faulty FAN CONTROL MODULE and or a faulty PROGRAMMER.
