Hi Tom and good morning.  you'll remember me with the 1989 Deville with the Service Engine soon Light?   
The code is pushing..E then E59 then ..070   I changed the VCC on the Transmission and the pesky light comes on after about 12 miles at 55/60 miles per hour.When the light is on I feel a slight roughness during idel as well.  It stays on until I turn it off over night and stays off until I take it on a sustained run or about 15/20 minuts..Thank you I hope you can help.  Best Regards, Rick Gattone

You need to replace the VCC temperature sensor..

Super Tom and Thanks,  I did notice a wire connection located very close the the vcc is that the vcc sensor?  Any tips on replacing it?
Any implication just disconecting it?  Thanks, Rick

Just go buy a new one FIRST and replace it.

NOTE: Make sure that when you install the wire on the sensor that the wire pojnts downward and NOT upward.
