AC1311 = outside air temp short problem. What the fix for this code?

Question -
I have a 1996 Cadillac Deville 275 horse power Northstar engine. I ran DTC codes and got IP2711, AC1311, RS0039 what does this code mean?

Answer -
IP2711 = PASS-KEY open/shorted key pellet before good key.

AC1311 = outside air temp short problem

RS0039 = NO such code #

Answer
Either replace the outside air temp sensor located under the hood latch or track the wire to where it is shorted.
