Cadillac Repair: trouble codes, electronic level, code history

94 eldorado I changed battery now it will not start it has code history so44 so35 io39 what do these codes mean

S044 = Lift/Drive signal fault.

S035 = Electronic level control shorted to battery power.

I039 = Ride control system fault.

Do you have ignition to the spark plugs ?.

Do you have fuel to the engine. Will it start on using starting fluid ?.
