Cadillac Repair: 1994 cadillas sts 4.6 northstar, cadillas, fuse panel

i own a 94 cadillac sts it was stolen about 2 years ago, i got the car back and they didn't take anything off the car (long story) anyway the
car sat in my yard for a couple months due to the oil cooler line from the bottom of the radiator was cracked. i changed the oil cooler and both lines. motor is fine, but while the car was in my yard i would listen to the radio, roll the windows down, move the seats and open my sunroof. now the battery went dead due to me leaveing the door open and when i hooked up a battery charger the battery wouldn't charge. i bought a new battery and when i started the car up nothing works, the turn signals blink eather really fast or really slow, the windows and power locks don't work, the sunroof opens and closes normally, the radio still works the horn doesn't work at all and the seats won't move but i did notice clear smoke comming from under the passenger seat while trying to give the old battery a boost can u help me with this issue
