Cadillac Repair: Cadillac purge valve & charcoal filter, purge valve, charcoal filter

Question
97 Deville with Northstar. Tom, I'm still having problems with my car leaking raw gas out of the vent from the charcoal filter on hot days after it's been driven. As per your suggestion, I checked and found the purge valve bad (stuck closed) I replaced the saturated charcoal filter, the purge valve and vacuum switch all at the same time with new OEM parts after flushing out the lines to remove any contaminates that could damage the new purge valve or vacuum swith, but the problem remains. The fuel spills never seem to occur when the engine is running. Only after the engine is at opperating temp and then shut off. While the fuel is leaking out of the vent, I can hear what sounds like liquid boiling in the charcoal filter. Is it possible that the fuel pump in the tank is somehow running after the engine is shut off and pumping fuel into the charcoal filter?
PLEASE HELP!!! My dealer can't seem to find the problem and I've already spent over $600.00  trying to correct this problem.
Thanks again for your help or any referal you can give me to someone at GM who might know what's going on here.

Answer
Check your computer for CODES:

1. Ignition oN, Engine OFF.

2. If you have a DIGITAL instrument panel simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER buttons  until the whole display illuminates.

If you have an ANALOG instrument panel simultaneously push and hold the OFF and PASSENGER WARMER buttons  until the whole display illuminates.

3. Press LO (fan speed) button until ACM? appears.

4. Press HI (fan speed) until ACM CODES appear and write them down in the EXACT order in which they display.
