Cadillac Repair: ac compressor, coolant level, compressor clutch

Question

i have a 1997 deville and dash board keeps sayinglow referigant ac compressor off had it check for coolant level but it is full of freezone why wont my compressor come on so it can cool  

Answer
Could be:

The A/C relay.
a sensor.
a blockage.
a fault with the compressor clutch.
a wiring problem.
