Cadillac Repair: wireless remote entry, remote control switch, cadillac eldorado

Question
I have a 92 cadillac eldorado, 4.9 engine.
the remote control switch dosen't work at all.
I have installed a new battery, and still nothing.
Plus my air condition only works when my car is in neutral or just coasting, when you start to accellerate, the blower stops and when you let go of the gas, the blower starts again.

please help me,

QUESTION: check near the battery and see if there are any loose large black ground wires that may be loose and or broken when you installed the battery also.
