Fan Blowing Hard {can hear noise] but little amount of air coming out through venitalation ducts

Answer
You'll need to remove the blower motor from the HVAC housing. I'd guess that it is full of debris from rodents nesting in the vehicle. The blower motor is located under the passenger side of the instrument panel and is easily removed by removing the three attaching screws and the electrical connector.
