Cadillac Repair: Climate Control 95 Cadillac SLS Little lines, cadillac sls, tempture

Hi. I have a question about my climate control on my 1995 Caddilac SLS. I was driving today with the A/C on and all of sudden the A/C stopped and little tiny lines were showing where the outside tempture is and where the I adjust the tempture for the climate control and the defoster light is on, and when restart the car the the lines are still there where the outside tempture is and the the tempture control comes on for a sec and goes off, and when the A/C was working it wasnt blowing as hard and cold as it should. I had this problem before about 2 years ago and the guy said he put a new fan in the car. Im wondering if I got hosed. Please help so i want get hosed again.

Perform this procedure:

1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and HOLD the OFF and WARMER buttons until the whole dispaly illuminates and release the buttons.

3. Diagnostic codes of LETTERS/NUMBERS will display and will stop at PCM?.

4. Write down these codes in the EXACT order in which they display and let me know what they are.

5. turn ignition OFF.
