Tips on Buying Cars: Buying a hybrid, honda civic hybrid, better mileage

Question
I'm really curious about buying a hybrid car in the future because of the soaring gas prices. I was just wondering if it is worth it? I never drove one before, but is it really true that they could average about 40+ miles per gallon?

Answer
Hi kevin
Your a little off when you say 40+ miles per gallon, how about going to test drive a honda Civic hybrid at 50+ mpg it gets about 40% better mileage than a regular Civic

Would i buy one at this moment...no...i am not saying its a bad buy, but i think were in a transition period about where the future is going, and if Hybrid's the answer, then down the road i will follow like a sheep when its been through its trial run

Kevin...i think we both know 20 to 30 years from now gasoline will be something from the past and worthless by the gallon, but till it happens lets think about a car for now, if your thinking used or like to be in the know please visit my website  http://www.usedcartips.org/
i will be here for further Q's
