Dear Tom,

  My wife and i purchased our first cadillac, albeit a used one. We absolutely LOVE IT!. We purchased it from a dealer, one owner - CHERRY. The only problem we have is that the driver side window wont go up or down. Dont hear anything when I press the switch either. I've checked all the fuses (front and back) but all are good.

 What do you think could be the most likely problem? I can take it back to the dealer to fix and pay 50/50, but if i can fix it I would rather do that. I have more knowledge of electrical/electronics than most people (Degreed).
