Cadillac Repair: Climate controller, climate controller, electronic climate

Both the fuel and A/C controllers have failed in my 1991 deville I have order a used electronic climate controller computer and programer... Will this fix the problem? How do I access the compute for removal?

You are at a HIGH RISK of more problems putting in JUNK YARD "JUNK" that has been sitting on the shelves or on the vehicles not knowing if they work or not.

But REBUILT or nEW products ONLY.
